Contact the people behind Glean

Choose a private way to ask for help, know what to include, and manage reply notifications where available.

Choose a private support channel

Email support@thegleanpractice.com for help with an account, a purchase, or something that is not working. You can also choose Chat with us on this page or elsewhere on the Glean website when it is available. If chat cannot load, email remains a way to reach us.

On iPhone, open Settings → Contact support. Sign in to use an account-linked support conversation and return to your messages across signed-in devices. If the app cannot connect, use website chat or email to reach us.

Support is for a conversation with the Glean team. The feedback boards are a separate place for ideas and approved reports that other people can read.

A little context helps

Start with what you need help doing. You do not have to diagnose the problem or know a technical term. For something that went wrong, these details make a useful first message:

  • The device and Glean version, if you know them.
  • The screen or feature you were using.
  • What you expected and what happened instead.
  • The error wording and approximate time it happened.
  • Whether it happens every time or only sometimes.

For a purchase question, include the option you bought and approximate date. For sign-in trouble, describe where the process stops. We can ask for any additional information needed through a private channel.

Share only what is needed

Your support message is intended for the team handling your question; it is not a public feedback post. The team can read what you send, so avoid including a private prayer, journal entry, devotional, or someone else’s conversation unless that disclosure is necessary and intentional.

Never send a password, verification code, recovery link, payment-card information, or API key. A screenshot may help, but crop or cover unrelated personal content first. A full backup is rarely an appropriate first attachment because it can contain much more than the issue you want to show.

Follow up in the same conversation

Keep related details together rather than opening several conversations about the same problem. We will reply as soon as we can; website chat is not a promise of an immediate response.

The Support replies setting in Glean’s notification settings controls push alerts. Your iPhone must also allow notifications for Glean. Turning alerts off leaves replies available in Support and the notification bell, so you can check when it suits you.

If a conversation has been closed and you have a new question, start a new one. Use Feedback when you want to suggest an improvement that others can support with a vote and follow through its status.
